Mental Health Awareness Week is the UK’s national week to raise awareness of mental health and mental health problems and inspire action to promote the message of good mental health for all.
We are all currently living in very strange times and this can have an impact on our mental health and the mental health of our loved ones.

Children’s Centre staff are also available to speak to on 0113 217 0134.
