Preparation for Birth and Beyond (PBB)
Preparation for Birth and Beyond (PBB) – PBB is a free 4 week Antenatal Course which runs at a local Children’s Centre and delivered by a Health Visitor, Midwife and Children’s Centre Family Support Worker

However we do have Self Weigh Scales available as part of our Tots and Tinies Stay and Play Group at Moortown Children’s Centre every Monday (Term Time Only) 10:00am- 11:30am
Stay & Play – Alwoodley Children’s Centre
Stay & Play at Alwoodley Children’s Centre every Wednesday (Term Time Only). 1:00pm – 2:15pm £1.50 per family

Understanding Your Baby
Would you like to feel more confident as a parent or carer? Having a baby is an exciting time for a family but it can also be tiring and confusing. Our short course for parents and carers will add to your knowledge and skills to help you to understand what your baby is telling you so that you can enjoy him or her and have fun together!
